TH Properties Eyes RM54.6 Million Sales From Linea Housing Project

KUALA LUMPUR, March 15 (Bernama) -- TH Group of Companies, which recently launched the Linea project at Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan, expects to hit RM54.6 million in total sales value following impressive response at the launch.

This followed an impressive response at the launch of the project last Saturday.

The company said 25 units with a sales value of RM31.3 million have been snapped up by buyers taking advantage of the RM5,000 discount for the first 20 purchasers.

The freehold property is built on a 8.77ha land and is slated for completion in March 2015.

The project comprises two phases, with the first involving 51 houses with spacious built-up areas of 1,954 sq ft to 2,268 sq ft and a generous layout of four to five bedrooms and three to five bathrooms.

The second phase, with a total of 43 units, will be launched in the same year.

Linea is a luxurious and elegant super link terrace project that provides an exquisite modern living experience. The units are priced from RM450,400 to RM1.02 million each.

The group is developing Bandar Enstek, a fast maturing township on 2,047.6ha of land in close proximity to Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
