KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Haji has agreed to buy a 13-storey
boutique office building in Bangsar South in Kuala Lumpur for RM102.2
million from UOA Development Bhd.
The price, which comes up to about RM700 per sq ft, was arrived at
after taking into consideration a gain of about RM20.9 million against
the current book value.
