EXIM Bank Recognised Among Best Companies To Work For In Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, July 2 (Bernama) -- Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Bhd (EXIM Bank) was named as one of the recipients for 'Best Companies to Work For in Malaysia 2013' Award by HR Asia magazine.

EXIM Bank Chief Operating Officer Wan Zalizan Wan Jusoh said the bank was honoured for its positive work environment from among 200 companies that participated in this year's award.

"We're honoured and thrilled to receive this award. It is a testament to our employee's continuous efforts to make EXIM Bank as one of the best companies in Malaysia," he said in a statement Tuesday.

Besides EXIM Bank, a total of 20 companies received the award this year including CIMB Group, RHB Banking Group, Air Asia and Malakoff.

The Best Companies to Work for in Malaysia 2013 study sets out to identify and recognise the finest employers through anonymous feedback and sharing in the Employee Input Survey and the Workplace and Employee Engagement Survey.

The employees complete a confidential questionnaire, rating their employers on almost 30 elements covering engagement, motivation, work life balance and teamwork in the workplace.
