(LTH) has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MTDC ACPI
Engineering Bhd, taking advantage of a recent rally in MTDC ACPI's share
price to sell down its interests.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, MTD ACPI said LTH is no
longer a substantial shareholder after it sold 3.5 million shares in the
company on July 18, 2013, reducing its shareholding to 3.5%
It started out with a 9.44% stake in the company in May 2013.
The stock, which has been trading between the 20 sen and 40 sen range
since July last year, saw a spike in its share price in late May after
it announced its full year results and has been on the uptrend since.
On May 28, 2013, MTD ACPI announced a full year profit of RM36.7
million for the financial year ended March 31, 2013, compared with a net
loss of RM31.8 million a year ago.
In the last one year the stock has risen 64.27%, compared with the
benchmark FBM KLCI which has risen 13.41% for the same period.
The stock closed down 2 sen or 3.45% to 56 sen yesterday, with 1.88 million shares exchanging hands.
